Production Contract
Contract for the production of products - an agreement according to which one party ( contractor ) agrees to fulfill on the instructions of the other party ( customer ) work on the production of products and hand over the result to the customer, and the latter agrees to accept the result of the work and pay for it.
The parties to the contract for the execution of work on the production of products are the Customer, entrusting the performance of a certain work, and the Contractor, who undertakes to perform this work.
