Construction contract (construction and installation works)
Contract agreement (construction and installation works) - an agreement according to which one party ( contractor ) is obligated to fulfill on the instructions of the other party ( customer ) construction and installation work and hand over the result to the customer, and the latter undertakes to accept the result of the work and pay for it.
The parties to the contract (construction and installation works) are the Customer, entrusting the performance of a certain work, and the Contractor, undertaking to perform this work.
In the construction contract on the side of the contractor is a person who has a license to engage in this kind of activity.
