Contract of sale of movable property
Under the contract of sale movable property one side ( seller ) agrees to transfer the movable property to the property, business or operational management of the other party ( to the buyer ), and the buyer agrees to accept this movable property and pay a certain sum of money (price) for it
According to paragraph 3 of Art. 117 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan Property, not related to real estate, including money and securities, is recognized as movable property . Registration of rights to movable things is not required, except as specified in legislative acts.
