Vehicle rental agreement without crew
Under the non-crew vehicle rental agreement the lessor provides the lessee with a vehicle for a fee for temporary possession and use without providing management services and its technical operation.
A contract for renting a vehicle without a crew must be concluded in writing, regardless of its duration.
Unless otherwise provided by the contract for renting a vehicle without a crew, the lessee is required to maintain the proper condition of the rented vehicle throughout the term of the contract for renting a vehicle without crew, including maintenance and overhaul.
Unless otherwise provided by the contract for the rental of a vehicle without a crew, the lessee shall bear the costs of maintaining the rented vehicle, its insurance, including insurance of its liability, as well as expenses arising from its operation.
Unless otherwise provided by the contract for renting a vehicle without a crew, the lessee has the right, without the consent of the lessor, to lease the rented vehicle on the terms of a contract for renting a vehicle with or without crew.
