Power of Attorney and Surety
Power of Attorney is the written authorization of one person (principal) for representation on his behalf, issued to him by another person (attorney).
This is a document proving that its bearer (attorney) is a representative of the person issuing the power of attorney (principal), and has the right to carry out certain actions on behalf of the latter. Such actions are considered to be committed by the principal, for the attorney no legal consequences arise, he is actually just a tool for the exercise of the rights that the principal has.
PARTIES TO THE POWER OF ATTORNEY are the principal (“represented”) and the authorized representative (“representative”, “attorney”).
