Labor relations - this is a relationship based on an agreement between the employee and the employer on the personal performance by the employee of a labor function (work in a position, profession or specialty or a specific type of work assigned to him) for wages. An employee who has entered into an employment relationship is required to comply with the internal labor regulations, and the employer is required to provide him with working conditions in accordance with legislation, a collective or individual labor agreement.
An employment relationship arises between an employee and an employer on the basis of an employment contract. In addition, labor relations may also arise on the basis of the employee's actual admission to work with the knowledge or on behalf of the employer, even if an employment contract has not been drawn up.
